The comprehensive guide offers advice, best practices and resources on clinical coding and medical records documentation for osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) procedures and same-day evaluation and management (E/M) services. This version has been updated and includes E/M guideline changes from 2021 and 2023 as well as extra sample encounter notes and appeal letters.
