The workshop will bring together policymakers, legal experts, and industry leaders to examine the role of noncompete agreements in today’s labor market. Noncompete agreements—clauses in employment contracts that restrict workers’ future job opportunities—are under increasing scrutiny for how they may limit career mobility and restrain competition for talent.
