The meaningful use EHR reporting period was any continuous 90 days between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2016. To attest, visit the EHR Incentive Program’s Registration and Attestation System site. Contact the CMS EHR Information Center at (888) 734-6433, option 1, for more information about registration and attestation system.
