Opioid use, abuse and alternatives in pain management. Chronic pain and pain rehabilitation. Vaping, marijuana and cannabinoids. Lifestyle medicine in disease management and prevention. Elderly patient care. Manuscripts are subject to the review and approval of the AOA editor in chief. The JAOA prefers high-quality research manuscripts and reviews. Be sure to consult the JAOA’s Information for Authors before submitting your manuscript.
