When people set out to tackle self-improvement, they often have a laundry list of their perceived weaknesses and focus on bettering their performance in those specific areas.

The Gallup StrengthsFinder personality assessment tool seeks to turn this process on its head by helping people determine their greatest strengths and providing suggestions on how they can truly excel by working on what they are already good at.

More than 1,900 OMED 2014 participants completed the StrengthsFinder assessment. Data from these assessments show that DOs’ most common strengths dovetail with the osteopathic medical profession’s focus on holistic, patient-centered care.
