I agree. This article was mainly on social media creators (not yelp or health grade reviews). We don’t have to respond at all as I mentioned in the article! If you do choose to respond, I offered a few options to think about. These are also just my opinions and expertise only – obviously everybody should do what they feel comfortable doing.
