Want to attend DO Day and get involved in advocacy efforts? Consider applying for a 2026 scholarship.

The AOA is now accepting applications for the Bureau of Emerging Leaders (BEL) DO Day Scholarship, which provides opportunities for osteopathic residents, fellows and new physicians in practice to attend DO Day 2026, set for March 21-22 (virtual) and March 25-26 (in-person), 2026.

We’re seeking residents, fellows and new physicians eager to engage in medical advocacy. Whether you have prior advocacy experience or simply a passion for improving the field, we’re here to help you take the next step on a national stage.

The program provides scholarships for up to four residents, fellows and new physicians in practice to participate in DO Day. Scholarships cover the cost of registration for the event and a travel stipend for up to $1,500. This scholarship program is sponsored in part by the American Osteopathic Information Association.

To be considered, applicants must complete an online application. Applications are due by Dec. 10, 2025.

Scholarship recipients will be recognized at DO Day and will have the opportunity to participate in future BEL activities and programs.

If you have any questions about the application, contact the AOA.
