The program is a collaboration between the NAM and the Council of Medical Specialty Societies. DOs who have completed all postgraduate training are eligible for the program. Applications are due by March 3, 2025. The one-year, part-time remote leadership development opportunity for mid-career professionals includes mentorship, a $35,000 grant and an additional $5,000 for domestic travel.
