The comment period closes at 11:59 p.m. PT on Aug. 10, 2020. Learn more and leave your comment here. After the comment period closes, the WPSI’s Multidisciplinary Steering Committee (MSC) will review the submissions. If the committee moves the topic forward to the recommendation development stage, they will share a draft for public comment. I have found the middle age women commonly have hormone imbalance that requires the Estrogen and Progesterone to be in balance, and many also have low or borderline hypothyroid which should be treated. A good lifestyle of a healthy diet, good sleep, regular exercise, and regular relaxation balance helps a lot. Good bonds with extended family is a real bonus if it is working positively.
