Feb. 18, 2019Monday AOA Staff Contact AOA Staff Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Email The AOA will again sponsor two osteopathic medical students (approximately $3,000 per scholarship) to attend Equal Health’s three-week social medicine immersion course, July 7-27, 2019, in Haiti’s Central Plateau. See the course prospectus for details. Important info to know: The course is taught in French. (Speaking level of at least three semesters of college-level French required.) Courses are interactive and integrate field visits. Participants will actively engage as both learners and teachers. Participants must be available for the full three weeks of the course. Apply by Feb. 28.
