She has served in several capacities with the foundations for 20 years and will assume her new role on Jan. 1, 2018. She most recently served as executive vice president for the foundations and will replace retiring Chief Executive Richard A. Vincent. “Ms. Donlin Huesman has a successful history with our organization and the board is proud to select her as our chief executive,” said Robert Palma, DO, board chair, Osteopathic Heritage Foundation. “We are confident in her ability to lead the foundation in the future.” Huesman has a record of collaborative funding arrangements with other philanthropic organizations, said Frederick Oremus, board chair of the Osteopathic Heritage Foundation of Nelsonville. “Terri has developed strong relationships throughout Southeast Ohio and as a result of these relationships and collaborations, the foundation has had the privilege to support countless programs that help serve the most vulnerable within our communities.” More in Newsbriefs DO to lead Mississippi physician workforce office, DO student co-authors educational children’s book Richard Calderone, DO, MPH, is the new director of the Office of Mississippi Physician Workforce, and Brooke Birks, OMS IV, published a children’s book.
