April 5, 2017Wednesday Rose Raymond Contact Rose Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Email Jay Bhatt, DO, MPH, was recently recognized by the National Minority Quality Forum, who named Dr. Bhatt on its 2017 ’40 Under 40 Leaders In Minority Health’ list, which spotlights young health care professionals who are spearheading efforts to reduce health disparities. Dr. Bhatt is an internist as well as the chief medical officer of the American Hospital Association and president of the AHA’s Health Research and Educational Trust (HRET), the AHA’s nonprofit research and education affiliate. Dr. Bhatt will receive the NMQF award at the end of April in Washington, DC, at the NMQF’s 2017 Leadership Summit on Health Disparities.
