Are PCPs ready to make comparative effectiveness research part of clinical practice?

A webinar on Tuesday, March 29 will explore the findings of a recent survey on primary care physicians’ familiarity with comparative effectiveness research.

Comparative effectiveness research mines clinical practice data to glean insights about the interventions that have worked best for individual patients. The AOA, along with the American College of Physicians, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Pediatrics, surveyed primary care physicians to learn how prepared and willing they are to incorporate clinical effectiveness research into their practice.

A webinar on Tuesday, March 29 will delve into survey findings, including how familiar primary care physicians are with clinical effectiveness research and potential barriers to incorporating it into their practice. The webinar will take place from 11:30-12:30 ET.
