I once met Dr. Miller. “Sonny” grew up in Kirksville, MO, and was a childhood friend of my dad. They stayed in touch throughout their lives. My older sisters got to hear Steve play the guitar for them, but I was the youngest and missed out on that trip to visit the Millers in Dallas.
